Print Version and Update/Hotfix

Redshift is moving to Print with a with a brand new cover. This required substantial changes to the interior of the book, namely in how it is viewed. There are also better bookmarking to so you can find what you're looking for better as well as fixing some formatting errors that got past me the first time. Additionally, on top of all these things, I had to rebalance a pair of Battleships to bring them closer in line with other ships, they were beyond broken and all but invincible.

Because of these changes, I had to reupload the product. I apologize for the inconvenience but I believe that what you will get out of this far surpasses the previous version. If you have an older version and love it, keep playing it. If you want to pick up the new copy, go right ahead.
