Licenses

Licenses for space ships.

Oh boy.

I owe everyone an apology. I thought that it was a neat bit of realism. I was wrong. It's a paperwork nightmare, and a design hassle to work around them for new spaceships. I'm going to just state that should 2.0 come around (And if it does, it'll be quite a ways off) I will be dumping the licenses for spaceships.

Feel free to ignore that rule should you find them as annoying as I do.
